Thank you for checking out our Takes A Village page. We are excited you are here! We are a local non-profit organization out of Andover, MN.
We are here to support your needs in prayer and community, through use of prayer boxes, our website, social media, community connections/groups and in-home prayer. We also aim to connect people to other and churches, where needed, and also BE the church for those who don't attend church. We are ALL the church.
We believe that connection and prayer is fundamental for the believer and unbeliever alike.
Prayer is a way that people can share their burdens, struggles, anxieties and victories in life with other people. Connecting with others is vital for being the body of Christ and improving physical, mental, and spiritual well being.
We are called to prayer:
Philippians 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
The Prayer Box: is one the primary ways that people in neighborhoods can share their prayer requests with families who have a genuine interest in praying for them.
The Prayer Boxes are located at various locations, currently starting in Andover, MN. Our vision is to continue spreading this across the United States, to see boxes at many homes, businesses, and other avenues- so everyone can see the light of Jesus!

Community prayer, and letting your prayer requests be known, can be a pivotal time towards healing, peace and a true sense of Joy.
The partnering ministries are ways we connect with the community and bring people together as Christians. Cross Carriers for Men. Refining Grace for Women. Connecting with the local community through faith, fitness and growth in Christ. Building one another up... no excuses. Just trust in God.
Let's move these groups into other areas, other states!
We need people like you to step up and grow in your area. Be the hands and feet of Jesus!
